Dereks partner shampooed my carpet. Unfortunately, he did not use shampoo, he used water and carpet fresh powder. My carpets are still dirty. They were 4 hours late on arrival. That should have been a deal-breaker, but I allowed them to go ahead. I feel like he scammed me. I asked for a receipt/invoice, he told me it would be emailed to me. Now he refuses to send me my invoice. I contacted Derek with my complaint and he said that I was crazy. He charged me $690.00 to clean 3 rooms and clean my gutters. I am greatly disappointed!

Very positive experience. Derek (not Derrick) is a contractor who started his own business a few years ago. He now owns a landscaping business as well and has 9 employees. So I was surprised that he wanted to take on my small job of cleaning a dryer duct. He is very personable, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. If you need this type of service, I recommend him highly.
