Hired to correct an electrical junction box put a new face cover on reconnect the wires clean it up. Matthew did a decent job up until the point that he did not have the right fitting and put a temporary fix on it with the understanding that he would return and replace a .75 fitting and glue it correctly after 2 to 3 weeks he never returned phone calls, I paid him in full his word is not worth anything. I would not hire him again I would stay away from him if he does go. Do not trust his word. If you hire him do not pay until the job is complete. He WILL NOT RETURN once he is paid. So disappointed. I know have to hire another person to complete my job. Mathew you should be ashamed your word is worthless.

I called Matt to look at a faulty 1-1/2 yr old washing machine in my Florida condo being used as a rental. He was out at my place the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was an issue that was not on any troubleshooting website or in any manual. As an owner that rents my condo during the winter I cant have mt tenants without the amenity of a laundry room. My option was a new washer or a possible repair. Matt saved me both time and money. I highly recommend West Coast Appliance Repair.

Owner called and walked me through the options for repair or replacement ot the dishwasher. He gave me advice on troubleshooting the problem and deciding whether or not to have him come out on a service call. He could easily have set up the appointment, but instead he advised me to do the checks he described first. I did that and determined the dishwasher was not worth the cost of repair. West Coast Appliance Repair is an honest company that helped me determine the problem and make the decision best for me. That concern and professional approach is all-too-rare these days. I will certainly call them when I need repair service in the future.
