I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser providing valuations for over 25 years providing a variety of appraisal products for a variety of residential property types: Single family homes, manufactured/modular homes, homes on acreage sites (with and without growing improvements), and sites with up to four residential dwelling units. I can provide current or "retrospective" values (dates in the past for "date of death" or "prior to disaster" appraisals). The valuation product you need, the complexity of the property type, and the valuation "as of" date do all affect the appraisal cost. I do NOT provide appraisal services for commercial properties or “mixed use” properties (properties that have both a residential use and a commercial use, like a dwelling unit above a store).
