I Highly recommend West Coast Better Homes. West Coast Better Homes just finished my cool roof and Garage Ridge beam installation and they did a great job. I desperately needed a new roof so I got 6 quotes from 6 different types of companies (Roof,Solar and Roof, and Construction Contractors) I researched and learned about the roof installation process and the types of roofs to select from and I did not want to hire a non licensed contractor at the lowest price, so my wife and I decided to go with the company that had the qualifications, certifications, and appropriate licenses that met our needs. My West Coast Better Homes Experience From the first time I met Victor (Salesman and Project Manager) , he showed the utmost respect and professionalism of a company that stands by their work. Victor thoroughly inspected my roof and attic and was honest and up front about everything. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. He gave me some financing options, and when I didn't qualify for the first one he was patient with me to find some alternatives. After discussing the better homes quote with my wife We decided to signup and get our project started. In the next few days we met Gus who Came to our house to do the measurements and he told me that he will be meeting with his team to get the roof and construction project going. Gus told me that Robert was his boss and that he will be managing the project and gus said he would be available if i needed him. Gus and Victor both told me that Robert would be able to meet me early to discuss the job due to my schedule. In a few more days Robert met me early in the morning to discuss what was going to be happening throughout the project and a guesstimated timeline. I appreciated that Robert was On Time and ready to get his crew on my job The job took about a week to complete due to the severity of my roof situation and garage beam but overall it was an amazing experience The entire team of men took pride in there Work and worked tirelessly on my project from when the sun came up until the sun went down In the beginning I had a hesitation due to the reviews I read, but I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt and I am glad I took a chance on West Coast Better Homes.
