Extremely poor communication by any professional company I have EVER dealt with. Project started late, workers were scheduled to show up on certain days but never showed up with Moises the owner never replying to texts or emails. Concrete laid for kitchen flooring was done incorrectly by them and they had to â grindâ down areas so that it flowed with our existing flooring. Products wanted were not ordered when paid for so we had to wait for them to â findâ what we wanted because of supply issues now that 30 plus days had gone by. Mike complained to use that he was â overâ trying to find the flooring we had requested. Cheap shelving brackets were initially used but shelves sagged so wall had to be reopened and brackets replaced. Moises argued multiple times with us saying that delays were our fault even though we had multiple emails confirming our orders and time of service. Project was estimated for 6 weeks but took over 3 months. We have 3 kids under 5, both of us work with school and child care schedules to deal with, so the mere lack of common courtesy and professionalism was totally unacceptable. I hope nobody hires this company if they are looking for quality and dependable work/service. Disappointing that a professional company takes so little pride in their name.

At first I met with Mike he came over and was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with his explanations of the job. During the work being performed the crew was very clean and fast I was pleasantly surprised that they finished on time and very happy with the overall job. I would highly recommend them

The entire process went so well from the initial bid we received and the work done on our home. Moises and his team transformed our green kitchen into a modern style kitchen and it looks amazing. They knocked down a wall and put in a support beam to open up our living room to the kitchen/dining room and installed new floors that replaced the horrible brown tiles we that were in there. There were no hidden costs and we paid what we were told from the initial bid. They were easy to communicate with and the end result is better than anything we could have imagined. I highly recommend using this team and we referred 5 of our friends over to them and they all feel the same way.

Poor communication. They ignored calls, emails and texts.UPDATE, we did go through the arbitration and the issue is reolved

its a breach of contract the project manager does not agree to the contract-- they were to provide me a schedule and he did not.. he does not manage the job by coming by and checking on his workers. terrible customer service. A worker left the main water valve to the water heater shut off, and I did not know it ,until late at night when no water was present. by the time I realized it, the Thermo -coupler was burnt up. I contacted the project manager the next day and he denied his guy did it-- I had to buy a new water heater costing me an additional $1000.

These guys are super polite and fun to work with.

Great working with Moises, very considerate, pays attention to details, and follows through. His shower and demolition guys are fabulous, always careful moving around the house, cleans up after themselves each day, and always shows their work at end of day for feedback. Price was very reasonable, time-frame was kept, and end-result was great.

This contractor was honest and did exactly what he said he would do. He gave us a written quote broken down to the details. He did a great job on our two bathroom remodel in the time frame he told us, that we hired him to remodel our laundry room as well. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

They are very professional and reliable.
