Reviews
Write a ReviewI would higher them again. Super profesional and everything discuss was what happened.
Nice people. Quick work, quality, and reasonably priced.
The installer was great. My only problem was the delays in getting the job done.
The guys were real nice but it took awhile and screws have already come off.
Efficient, knowledgeable
This is the most regrettable money I've ever spent. Top of the market prices, poor quality work. Lines don't match the ground, dirt and rocks left all over my yard, damage to my yard from their machines, they dump dry concrete in the holes and run your hose to wet it then stir it with a piece of rebar to mix. They actually took my hose and I had to call them to bring it back. After much struggle in communications, the owner refused to fix my issues, told me I was being "nit-picky" and demanded final payment saying he is done with the work. Now, 6 months later, two of my gates don't work and don't want them to return to my property. The owner is aggressive, denies responsibility and will likely deny this report which is only the basic outline of the whole story. SAVE YOUR MONEY! RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN! YOU WILL REGRET THIS TOO!!
In general it was good. Some posts weren't and still are not filled up flush with ground. Still waiting for electrician to power up the main gate. Was told a couple days, already been a week
The fence and gate installers did a great job. They match the existing fence and look great. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you, we appreciate you as a customer!!! West Coast Fence Pros.
i was moving up from California and did not have the luxury of directly managing the job on a daily basis. the salesman ignored the project requirements and failed to communicate them with the project team, which led to many issues. first and foremost they did not even start the project until 1 work day before i arrived even though i made it clear that i needed my fence and dog run complete before arriving due to my pets. we all agreed on the dates but the company ghosted me after i paid the deposit. when we arrived the fence was not complete and the run had not even been started. they failed to cut all of the large branches and take away the large pieces from the stump they ground. they also cut a huge hole in my house in the wrong place for my dog door. they forgot to put the last 30 of fence up but we are going to charge me for all of it until i brought it to their attention. They harassed me for the money before the job was even complete and I had to escalate to the owners of the company to get any satisfactory resolution. All I know is that this was a terrible experience. I will say that the individual workers on the project we are very polite and worked with me to try to get everything fixed but at the end of the day I just wanted them out of my house. Definitely not worth the money that I spent and I wish I would have picked someone else.
Let me extend our apologies for any inconvenience or mishaps you feel happened. However, you state once you got in touch with the owner things turned around, and the crew was polite and helpful. We do our best, and I am glad at the end of the project you saw that. Thank you!!! West Coast Fence Pros.
West Coast Fence did an amazing job. They went out of their way to complete the job to fit my timeline. I canâ t say enough about how great they were to work with. They use top quality materials. I highly recommend them.
