We, at West Coast Home Inspection, LLC, offer a 90 day and 5 year roof leak warranty service plan with a complete home inspection,We also provide four-point, wind mitigation, new construction, condo and pre-listing inspections. We are a family-owned business run by and employing retired Firefighter/Paramedics and US Coast Guard employees.. With over 20 years of experience in the fire service as firefighters and fire inspectors we are thoroughly trained on building construction. We believe in the latest and advanced technology .We use state of the art technology including thermal imaging inferred cameras, formaldehyde and moisture detection devices, and high definition drone mounted cameras so that we can detect what the naked eye can not see. Along with our inspections we also offer a safety inspection as part of the home inspection package. We are members of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors, Inc. (FABI) and InterNACHI.
