They responded to my email as quickly as possible, talked me through everything, and assure me that I was gonna have my termite problem fix immediatly. They are very quick and very nice people. Family owned business are the best. I will be recommend them to anyone.

Derek and Dave were wonderful. They came out surveyed the area that needed to be sprayed provided me with a quote and a inspection report the next day and termite treatment was scheduled for later that week. Derek was kind enough to explain the chemicals they were using and what they would do and how they work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if the need arises.

Personal service -- they explain everything. There's no rush to tent your home. They explore alternatives with you. Their two-year guarantee is great, because depending on the termite situation in your home, they offer to come out for a checkup every 3 or 6 months in that period. They made it clear they want to be absolutely sure they took care of the problem. Also, any later questions that arise are quickly answered via e-mail or a phone call. I would recommend West Coast Pest Solutions -- and already have -- without any reservations.

Derek was very thorough with his inspection, scope of services, chemicals to be used, estimate and inspection report. They arrived on time, performed and completed the work in a professional way. He explained the warranty coverage and promised to do re-inspection every 6 months and further treatment after 1 year during the warranty period. I will highly recommend him to friends and family.

I was initially reluctant to consider West Coast Pest Solutions because they appeared to be a small and newer company. My concerns were lessened when I met Derek. He is obviously knowledgeable and straightforward. He was open about being part of a small family company, with only 5 years of termite experience personally, although other family members have 20 years or more. He explained why I didn't need the more expensive service I thought I needed. He did everything promised thoroughly, quickly and well, and at a very reasonable price considering the amount of work involved. I was completely satisfied and am glad to recommend him.
