I had the company out twice to try to diagnose and fix my water system. They could not properly diagnose the problem and failed to fix the issue to the tune of $3400. I called the owner whom did not want to take any responsibility or accountability and so had to hire another company to come fix the problem. Beware of this business as they are crooks!!!! They just started replacing parts and never truly figured out the issue.

We had Alex come look at our old system and was extremely helpful with installing a new system! Very communicative, very helpful, we are really happy with the entire process and our new water treatment system!

Freindly knew price up front did a good job

I had a water leak underneath my house. I was desperately needed someone to fix it. Every plumber I called were not available. I keep searching for someone. I called West Coast plumbing and the lady who answered the phone helped me. I got help right way. The gentleman who came to fix my broken water pipe was kind and very helpful and professional. Thank you Levi, you save my day. You are Awesome.

Expensive but professional

I had called out 4 different companies to come and give us an estimate. West Coast Plumbing was the 4th and final one to come out. I had kinda resigned to the fact that we were just going to some how borrow the money to get the water main fixed. The City of course says it needs to be done within 30 days of some kind of leak being noticed by us the homeowner. Our water bill jumped up by $600.00 Long story short, John from West Coast Plumbing came out to take a look. John not only thoroughly took a look at what we already dug out , but told us he can't say for sure until he can get a better look. John said the first thing that needed to be done was have 811 out and to mark all the lines so nothing gets accidentally hit while the digging is going on. He said he would proceed to write me up a estimate that covered the minimal to the worse case scenario. It was very detailed and answered all of my questions. I decided to go with West Coast Plumbing. Not only was John very knowledgeable, but professional and friendly. He was also the only one that said 811 needed to be out before anything could be done. It was better to be safe than sorry. John called 811 and they were all here and done the same day. I was not charged for the trip out by John, it was a free estimate. I was told by another company it was a free estimate and then charged $150.00. I just can't say enough about John and West Coast Plumbing. Michelle who initially set the appointment up was also very helpful and very nice. We also got a Military discount. Thank you for making this experience less stressful. Cynthia M Orting, Washington

Initially, I thought I had a leak which I was concerned about and I also wanted the bathroom faucet replaced. Well, L.J. (John) searched for a leak but couldn't find one which was a relief, he then turned to replacing the faucet. He was very personable and answered my questions with the calm assurance of a professional. Installed two replacement toilets

Jarrett of West Coast Plumbing was really concerned about me getting a good and fair price for his service. I thought he was genuine and not just giving a a line of like the Electrician from Dears Electrical . I'd never use Dears again. West Coast Plumbing was the best. Jarrett was a little late bit more than made up for it with his excellent service and great attitude. He explained in layman's terms the problem and told me how he was going to fix it.

The person that was sent to install our new stainless sink had never done it before. Cracked our countertop in two places, and took hours to install the same size sink. We were charged way too much for the installation.

Polite, professional and knowledgeable. Dispatch and plumber were great. I appreciate that they did not charge a fee for an estimate, as many other plumbers I found on HomeAdvisor do.

Price was steep.

They showed up on time and took my problem on like it was there own. great guys to work with. made me feel confident about there work. I didn't feel like all they wanted was my money they showed me great respect as a customer. Thank You Bill for doing a great job.
