West Coast Powerwash

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, WHERE DO I START 1ST OF ALL THEY DIDN'T COME FOR THE SCHEDULED APPT THE FIRST WEEK , THEN WERE LATE BY 3 HOURS FOR THE SECOND TIME . WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED THE QUOTE WAS NOT CORRECT. OKAY ILL GIVE THEM AN EST. BUT IT WENT FROM 545.00 TO 1000.00. ACCORDING TO THE MAN I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE I WAS GOING TO GET A 15% DISC. DUE TO THEM COMING OUT LATE.. WE AGREED ON A LOWER QUOTE OF ABOUT 800.00 . ME WITH MY BUSY SCHEDULE I HAD TO LEAVE SO I LIKE AN IDIOT LEFT THEM TO DO THE JOB. (BIG MISTAKE) JOB NOT COMPLETED AND WAS NEVER PHONED.

Did work professionally and at a reasonable price for the small job that I had. He did come late -which was okay, but he didn't call to say he'd be later. He was not equipped to give me a receipt for my charge card. But the job was performed with expediency and to my satisfaction.

I was not present when the work was done, but when I arrived later in the day to see the results, they had done a good job.

Breanna was so helpful. I had no idea what was involved in having my gutters cleaned, and she provided me with information that answered all of my questions and some I hadn't even thought of! She put me at ease and I was confident that the job would be done well. The service technician showed up on time, was very polite, and did a great job. I would definitely hire West Coast Powerwash for jobs in the future and would recommend them to someone else.

We had a huge awful, sticky, and smelly spill on our property. We got several estimates, and they were all too high. West Coast Powerwash did a great job of cleaning the mess and charged a reasonable rate. It was painless.

Good service, prompt and polite

It took a little longer than I expected and they showed up an hour late, but other than that they were great. I will use them again.

The company offered weekend appointments at no additional cost. The agent arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, completed the work efficiently, and provided a useful report on the condition of this second story gutter and downspout.

Excellent job great service

Showed up on time....a little pricey...95 dollars for 30 feet of gutter...but they quoted me 100 to 125 as their minimum charge for service...what with gas prices and labor I understood....I would use again ....Definitely.

Still in approval period of the project, so the job hasn't actually been done. Once it does, I will let you know how it went.

I think that West Coast Powerwash did a great job, however, I do feel that their service is expensive. They took two days to do the job - 6 hours one day and 3 another. I think they could have done it all in one day. That would have been more convenient for me, since there was 3 days in between. None of that would have mattered, if the price was not so high. Just remember... when you are powerwashing your house - the roof square footage is much for than your house square footage. I was quoted a 3000 square foot roof on my 2350 square foot 2-story house. Again the service was great and professional. That is what put them over the top for me.

They canceled the first appointment on me, & I was fine with that. But then they were 1 hour late for the next appointment when they knew I had a tight schedule. I overpaid for the job, thinking I was paying for higher quality - not true. Screens were not cleaned well, & tracks weren't cleaned at all. Had to ask the employee to go back & clean the tracks (track cleaning was in the bid, by the way). They left dirty hand prints on my white French door, and debris from the outside was brought in and left on my hardwood floors. Screens weren't replaced properly. The cleaning itself was average & certainly not worth the "gouge" price they charged.

Excellent professionalism/attitude from scheduling agent. Very knowledgible , and flexible interested in customer's needs. Actual onsite agent was also very professional and pleasant. There were rust stains on the front porch which I forgot to mention, possibly onsite agent could have pointed this out and asked if I wanted to add this extra service.

missed a couple of windows that needed cleaning, other than that good service
