The owner took pictures of the roof to show exactly the problem. He explained what was going to be done in detail. The day the work was to be done was chjanged due to rain. Mike came by and did so patch work to ensure that water would not get in the house. I appreciated the service.

My tenant called me while I was out of state to report a leaky roof right before Thanksgiving. I had called at least 20 roofers; most did not answer or return my call albeit they showed availability 24/7. However, Mike did call back! He was SUPER nice and understood my need to take of my tenant. When I asked what the average price was for something like my repair, he gave me a range with a disclaimer for not not having seen the damage first hand but only the pictures I sent. The end result was on the low end of his estimate. He took and provided me with pictures along the way. He suggested other work I should consider, but was not pushy about it at all. Mike was very kind, professional and honest. I will use him again and highly recommend him to others. THANKS MIKE!
