We originally contacted Rigo to repair several damaged sewer vents. He came by that same day to assess the situation, went up on the roof, took some pictures and ended up convincing me that it was time to replace our 30 years old asphalt shingle roof. He was very professional and did not engage in any hard sell tactics. We were so impressed by him that we hired him on the spot and are very pleased that we did. The roofing crew, led by foreman Julian was a pleasure to work with. They arrived for work each day exactly when they promised, explained what they expected to accomplish that day and went right to work. They were extremely well organized, hard working and efficient. They took no breaks except for lunch, worked until dark and even through occasional rain showers. Rigo came by the job site at least once a day to make sure everything was going okay and did a final walk-through after the job was completed. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each work day.

Rigo Guzman was a pleasure to deal with. He was the first one to respond to my wide net of emergency emails I sent out at 10:30pm one night when we had a very bad leak ruin some of our home interior. He was at my home by Noon the following day and had my roof patched and protected in an hour. He was a real blessing! Next, I was very upset at the cost of a new roof which was badly needed, but he was able to work with me on price and even got the job done a few days later. A whole new roof in just 2 days! His team was fast, friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up as best they could (we had a wind storm) and then Rigo himself showed up the next day to get leftover trash and scraps. I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had. I am getting emotional just writing this. He made the nightmare of our leak and needing an entire new roof as easy and painless as he could. I am beyond grateful for him and really wish all business owners took a page from his book. A++++ service!

They were exceptionally professional, responsive, great communicators, performed quality work, and were very affordable. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

West Coast Roofers did an excellent job replacing our asphalt roof. The workers were professional and courteous. Any issues that came up were brought to my attention with suggested solutions and my buy-off before they proceeded. We have 5 sky lights and all were reflashed and look great. My property was cleaned each evening before they left for the day and a thorough clean-up was performed prior to departure when the job was completed. I would highly recommend using West Coast Roofers.

We had our older shake roof replaced with asphalt shingles. Rigo and his crew did a fantastic job. Communication was easy, work was well done and finished product exceeded expectations. A total 5 star job well done!

Very careful workers, they took the old roof off without dropping anything or harming my wifeâ s flower bed. They did a complete cleanup after new roof was installed on gazebo. Price was higher than the other contractor contacted, yet it proved to be the right choice. I would hire them again, without question.

RIGO GUZMAN WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. HE WAS ATTENTIVE, PROMPT. WE NEEDED TO MAKE CERTAIN ARRANGEMENTS FOR HIS PAYMENT IN WHICH HE WAS VERY ACCOMODATING. HIS EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROMPT IN THEIR DAILY ARRIVAL. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN, AS WELL AS RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHER PEOPLE. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH OF THIS COMPANY. Excellent,excellent company.
