Dishonest company. I contracted with them to install shutters and huricane screens on my house in February of 2024 They told me they would be complete in 4-6 weeks. They did come and install the shutters but never installed the hurricane screens because they used my down payment for other bills and the manufacturer of the screens would not release the screens until they paid their bill, at least that is the initial excuse they gave me. After several months and numerous other excuses I asked for the balance of my down payment which was $10,000 dollars as we gave them $15000 and the accordions came to a little over $5000. They said they sent a refund which was not true because one of the owners told me the check was never sent because they don't have the money to refund us. We are owed almost $10,000. I checked the BBB where I saw another complaint with the same scam they pulled on us Buyer beware. They will take your money and never finish the job nor refund your money.

West Coast Shutters came out within a few days of being hit by a major hurricane. They were able to fix our broken shutter immediately. They were professional, courteous and did a fabulous job.
