A very nice guy and did a pretty good job. We have had it done before and maybe this is a different product that he used, but does not look as nice as before. Still better than it did. Maybe he is on vacation, waiting for him to reply regarding some clean up I texted him about.

I live in Klamath Falls Oregon. I contacted this company through Home Advisor because it was the only one in the area that could do the job I was looking for. I got in contact with Jason, the owner, and he came to refinish both bathtubs in my house. He charged me $550 each. When he finished the job, I noticed that the coating had dripped inside and outside the tubs leaving a poor looking finish. He said he couldn't do anything then because the coating was fresh so he would have to come back and sand the imperfections off. before he left my house he said he would be back in 2 weeks to finish the job. After two weeks he didn't show up so I texted him and he said he would contact me to let me know when he would be in the area. Well, we have been playing this game for almost 2 months now. He has not replied to my last text message where I asked him to come and fix what he left. I paid $1,100.00 for the job. He is not responsible for his actions. Forget about warranty. That's non existent. I do not recommend this company. This is not the way customers should be treated.

This tub refinish did not go well. Jason arrived as scheduled and did the job. After he left, I noted massive runs in the coating. I told him about this and he came back to fix it at no charge. However, during the repair, he drug a cord thru the wet compound and asked me to sand it out, which I did. A few months after, I noticed bubbling of the coating on one side of the tub. I sent an e-mail to Jeff and Jason w/ the pics. I was told that they would take care of it. After 3 weeks w/ no response, I called Jeff *he told me to **_uck off*. I do believe that this company can do a good job, but things went bad on my job and they did not stand behind it. Good luck.
