This allows us to loan up to 95% of the FUTURE VALUE for new construction and purchase of existing homes that need remodeling. "We met on a March 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m to review project and discuss terms. I told him that our fees would be $2,500.00 plus blueprinting cost and applying for permits was an extra charge. A deposit of $1,250.00 was required. The Owner told us to begin work that day, which we did without a written contract. We met again on March 18, March 24 and April 1 to present completed plans."
