Mr Gillette came within 2 hours of our call for help. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manor and fixed our washer as soon as he could get the part. We were quite happy with his service. Mr Gillette was pleasant and professional.

I am happy with the service I received from John at West End Appliance Service. He was ontime, quick to order the part (fan motor) and returned as soon as it arrived. I believe his costs were well below the cost of the franchise repair companies. I am not happy with Lowe's where I purchased the fridge and I am not happy with LG the manufacture. After the 3 years of Lowe's protection plan ended, they provided no service and no help in finding service. LG provides a 5 year warranty on the the compresor, but how does one know if that is the problem. There 800 customer service menus seemed to never end and did not resolve my questions.
