Great to work with and they come out promptly.

Took it long time till we got permit from county, but once they got started the job, they were quick. Other companies told me it’s 1 week job, but they finished in 4 says. Job quality was great. Price was very reasonable.

They show up on time, They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond by blowing the leaves off the roof.

I contacted Dave; we agreed he could provide an estimate via pictures sent by Friday. $220 was the price for trimming 1 tree & 1 shrub. I agreed this was a fair price & we set the appointment for the following Tuesday approx. 4:30 (when I would be at the house). He didn't confirm the appointment so I called him the day of & he rescheduled to the next day Wednesday. I reminded him I would not be home until 4:30; he was at my house before me & did not trim the tree but removed 3 of the lower level branches & he evened out the scrub. The work was not $220 worth so I called him & told him I was not satisfied & he agreed to come back and trim the tree & scrub to my specifications since there apparently was a disconnect in lingo with the word "trim". If he had returned to finish the job; I would have given him an even $250 as I can appreciate the labor & it was raining season. Unfortunately; he never contacted me again, he didn't finish the project knowing I was unhappy nor did he bill me which he agreed that I could pay via credit card.Since I had already Chased him down twice for this project; I refuse to contact him again and he clearly abandoned this project so he abandoned his right to get paid for the little bit he did. He showed that he didn't care about me as a customer but it's ok because some other business will get the money he didn't deserve or earn.

I hired Dave H. and his sone, Jake, to remove 3 trees and trim one other. They showed up when promised to provide the estimate; likewise they were on time to do the work. They were professional, personable, and well-equipped with a bucket truck, loader and dump trailer. They hauled away all the debris and cleaned up after themselves as if they were working at their own homes. No issues or second thoughts. I would gladly use them again and definitely recommend them. West Florida Tree Service - accept no substitutes!

Came out and gave us a fair estimate, and completed the job as promised. They removed a tree and trimmed one back, and did a great job. My only complaint would be that when they removed the debris, they dragged them across our driveway leaving stains that will have to be pressure washed to remove. In the big scheme of things, I guess it wasn't that big of a deal. I would use them again.

They did a wonderful job and we will hire them again. It was a difficult job being that it was a large oak with limbs hanging over our pool cage, but they did a magnificent job and we couldn't be more pleased. Our family members plan to use them to do their tree trimming.

I contracted with them, then they rescheduled because they were behind, then they never showed up or called to reschedule. When I tried to reconnect, I was ignored, so I'm using a different service
