We hired a local contractor who purchased a modular. We liked the modular, it was put together well. We really liked the young man, seemed honest and felt we could trust him and we would support him. They would not stay at our place a whole 8 hour day EVER. They promised they would come and never show up, sometimes for weeks. They started a house after ours and theirs was done now for quite a while. They did our cement work, which our large back patio, front sidewalk, and porch have large flaws. He went to West Virginia and was to return in a week to seal it all, finish other areas that needed finishing, and build a 3 stall garage. He essentially did not come back!! We have never been treated like this... EVER!
