When installing laminate in my home, mold was discovered in my walk-in closet. The installation company recommended West Michigan Professionals who came out the same day and treated the mold, sealed the area and left equipment overnight to make sure my home was safe. I am 80 years old and was understandably very upset at having mold in my home but the technicians assured me their treatment had removed any danger. I appreciated their immediate response, kindness and concern for my health. I would certainly recommend them if you have any similar problems.

Use these guys!! They treat their customers like family. My elderly mother needed some water damage repaired. They gave an estimate, then came on the day they said they’d be there to do the work. She had fallen before they arrived, and they found her, picked her up lovingly, and helped get her the assistance she needed. They treated her like she was their family. AND THEN, they did prompt, excellent work cleaning up the water damage. They worked with her insurance company to assure payment. They stopped by weeks after they did the work to pick up their payment, hugged my mom and were genuinely interested in her. They are super young men. I could not be more pleased with the work, but more importantly the kind of young men they are! My mother is also so happy she hired them and is so happy with the work.
