I had to find someone to investigate my carpet in a basement room of my cottage ASAP - Chad and Natalie were very compassionate and got to my property within minutes of my call. I felt as though I had an answer to prayer because not only was Chad quick to respond, it turns out that he was the perfect person to access my situation - I live out of state and felt 110% confident that he would get the job done promptly and properly. He had to dry my carpet, replace some damaged padding and steam vac the carpet once it dried out. I can not thank them enough. I had renters on the premises and they said Chad was very courteous and professional. 5 Stars all the way! Just used West Michigan Carpet Cleaning for the first time. I saw all the great reviews and decided to call. Iâ  m very happy with the results. They were professional, timely, did a thorough job and were fairly priced. Love that they are a husband and wife team. Iâ  ll be using them again and have already given them a referral.

Very easy to contact and setup a day and time. They checked in the morning of and arrived on time exactly as promised. Chad and Natalie worked great as a team and cleaned the carpeting in the entire house upstairs and down along with a couch in two hours. I was very pleased and would both use them again and recommend them to others.

Nice couple. Had a very sick dog that caused various blood, mucus, vomit and diarrhea stains. I wanted to try cleaning before having to replace 2 floors of carpets. Chad and his wife worked hard on them two different times. The main floor carpets came clean, but I was sad to see some of the stains return, although smaller and lighter as the Berber carpet dried. But at least only one floor needs replacing. Great customer service.

We have a 5x7 area rug cleaned-my dog had urinated on it and it did have some scuff marks. It is a little girls bedroom rug so it is light pink and cream. They came and cleaned it and now the rug looks brand spanking new!! I couldn't believe it! Very very satisfied and would recommend they again in a heartbeat!

Chad and his wife are an awesome team. They arrived on time and the cleaning of the carpet and tile floor was outstanding. I will use them for future carpet cleaning. A great business.

Chad was easy to talk to and worked within my timeline. He arrived on time and even came back to re-deoderize an area due to continuing dog smell that I still detected. Very happy with end result. I should note that I did not ask him to come back. I only said that I still smelled something remaining and HE OFFERED immediately to come retreat. That speaks volumes to his work!

The owner and operator, Chad was very clear and honest. The price was very fair and he did an exceptional job on my white carpet. It looks new after the cleaning. His equipment is state of the art and the carpets were all dry within just a couple of hours. I will have him back again for sure. Best carpet cleaning we have ever had. We have a thick pile carpet and when using previous cleaners, it took days for the carpet to dry because they didn't use good extraction.
