He arrived on time but seemed very rushed and peeved that I had a couple more locks than I had told him, and pointed out that I was making him late for his next job. He also seemed put out that I didn't understand a couple of things he hurriedly told me. He reminded me to give a review before he even started work. The actual work was great. I just don't like being treated like more of a nuisance than a valuable customer.

Terry was honest and professional. He on replaced the broken latch and not the whole door knob and doing any necessary rekeying which saved me money. His price is fair and will rehire when I need him again. Thanks for him being on Home Advisor. com

Terry installed two door locks and two door deadbolts in less than 30 minutes. He is friendly and explained what he was doing as he went along. He also cleaned up his mess after installing the locks. He is very efficient and I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service!!! Terry went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Didn't charge us for coming out to assess our needs. Came back as scheduled, changed out and rekeyed 6 doors in less than 50 minutes. Great company, would not hesitate to hire again. Thank you for your awesome service!
