Home Energy Audit
I really saw value in this energy audit. It showed how builder are cutting corners to save a buck and how you can save on your heating and cooling bills monthly. I would definitely recommend getting an energy audit to anyone buying a home that is older then 3 yrs. Because thats when the government started this whole lets go green concept.

Scott asked some questions about our objectives, then reviewed over the phone their three pricing tiers and based on what we both heard agreed on the middle tier of service. He arrived on time and we went through the audit with him, he explained everything and educated us along the way. About a week later we received the report and are ready to make some of the adjustments ourselves, while on the complex repairs we are choosing to hire out a contractor. No hassle, pleasant service. He did what he said he would do!! Refreshing
