Always on time for appointments. Service tech (Eduardo) did an excellent job of installing and explaining the system. John was very in tune with the type of system we wanted and did not try to sell us what we did not need. Very happy with the job.

Quick and Easy repair, found transformer bad. Too easy for $75 charge, but Best offer I found.

Our standard service rate for systems that WE HAVE NOT INSTALLED is $95 and I said we would give you a $20 discount to our standard rate of $75 which is for our own customers and systems that we have installed. You mentioned that you were a Veteran and I said that we are more than happy to offer you the discount. Also if I recall correctly we were able to offer you same - day service which is not typical. The only negative was II set up the appt on Home Advisor and the company was not notified of my appt. However, when I called the company direct, they quickly rectified the situation and sent out a tech within the hour.

Eduardo arrived in the time frame slotted, diagnosed and repaired the system problems, rechecked the entire system for functionality, and reset the password - all in about an hour. He was personable and professional. He can work on my system anytime.
