Donâ  t like the 3% extra charge for using a credit card to pay with. After screen enclosure was completed at door steps had to be installed. I thought that included with total price that was paid but Mr. Jack said that I had to extra donâ  t seem right to me ð   â ¹ï¸Â

"The Credit Card Fees are on the Contract Clearly stated on paragraph (E) . This is what the Processes charges for the client to use the card. Every CC. Processor has this Fees. In regards of the steps those where never in the contact so I offer to installed only to pay the labor. Thank You."

We had a concrete driveway & walk removed and pavers installed. Jack the owner was excellent at communicating with us every step of the way. Their price was great and there were no surprises. They did a fantastic job and the end result was well above expectations. We have had numerous compliments from neighbors. We even had a neighbor who had his driveway installed by a different company 2 weeks before ours bring his contractor to our house to show him how a professional installation should look. We love our experience with West Orange Pavers and quality job they did. Exceptional experience all around.

Jack was very helpful in helping me choose which pavers would look best with my home. He came out quickly to give me an estimate, which was a very fair price considering how many applications I receive for approvals for others in my neighborhood (I am HOA president and ARC chairperson) I am used to seeing double the amount Jack quoted me, so I was very pleasantly surprised. He ordered the pavers and had it installed in less than a week. Process was very quick and easy. The installers were very polite and professional. They made a mess doing the job, but by the time they left everything was immaculate. I was worried that my screen door wouldn't open, but they made sure everything was just fine before they left. If anybody is looking to hire a professional for this type of work, I highly recommend Jack and his team.

Jack and his team did a great job. Constant follow up by Jack and help with the permits They started and finished on time. I had a sloping back yard and they designed and built the patio and fire pit to fit the area. I am on a corner lot in a fairly new neighborhood so everyone driving by sees it and comments about how great it looks. I would highly recommend them. I had received 3 bids for the job. Jack was the only one that followed up on the proposal out of the 3 companies. We changed the scope several times and he was very patient and understanding. During the job and after completion, he continued to ask about our satisfaction and thanked me for the business.

Jack did a great job expanded our driveway. He was patient while we waited for HOA approval and scheduled us immediately when we were ready. He did an awesome job matching new pavers to old so you can't tell the difference. It looks Amazing.
