TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON They threatened to put a lien on our house for $300 This company is an absolute piece of crap. They did our roof in Apopka FL in Jan 2024. First problem, they did not finish the job. They sent someone out THREE different times to finish the work and we still had to do several things ourselves. Second problem, they threw out all the boards which we needed to get paint matched so we could, as I said, finish the work. This cost us an extra $400 to have someone else repaint the trim in a uniform color. Third problem, and our biggest complaint: In May, literally four months after the job was completed and no contact from the company, West Orange Roofing mailed us a "Notice of Intent to Lien" for $300. This is literally 1.3% of the total cost of the roof, which was $22,500 (or $22,800 with this $300 increase). They threatened us, with no prior notice, to put a lien on our house for a pittance. Who does that? Greedy dirtbags. We talked to a woman named Brianna in their office who said the total contract price went up by $300 because the workers needed to buy three boards which had not originally been priced in the contract. She said she called us numerous times at a phone number, which she read back to us, and it was incorrect. They did not try to email us, or mail us an invoice, they called the wrong number and went straight to threatening a lien. And I'm not even getting into the absurdity of three boards costing $300. They threatened our house with a lien so we had no choice but to pay them immediately. I hope everyone at West Orange Roofing who reads this review chokes on it. They are absolute garbage human beings. I wish I could use stronger language to describe how terrible they are. Do not get involved with them for any reason.

They are professional, courteous, efficient, and easy to work with.
