Joseph and his team are amazing. Joseph came out quickly to provide us a quote. Absolutely no sale gimmick or pressure, just laid out all the facts and cost (there no hidden fees). Install was schedule for 3 days later. Team completed job same day and did an amazing job on the roof and also did an amazing job cleaning up. Joseph even came out to check progress and to ensure quality. Highly recommended.

Joseph and his crew did a great job for my small, 1,200 sq. ft. house, which required replacement of all the shingles of course, but much of the sheathing as well. He was very responsive, did a great job communicating from beginning to end and was able to schedule and complete the job within a week. I'd highly recommend!

West Roofing replaced our roof this week and we were impressed with the work from start to finish. The proposal was detailed and specified costs for additional materials that might be necessary once the existing shingles were removed and the condition of the underlying plywood could be assessed. The day of the job a large crew arrived on time and worked efficiently so the roof was completed before the day was over. The owner dropped by several times during the process to keep us apprised of the progress and any issues that had been discovered, including pictures and videos. They even removed two old satellite dishes and hauled them off and reconfigured a gutter to improve the esthetic. The next day the owner followed up to make certain we were pleased with the work and to make certain we hadn't discovered any issues after they left. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I feel their price for the work done was very fair.

We recently had West come for a second time to maintain our 15 year old flat roof. As a comparison we had two other roofers bid on the work. One came out with a maintenance quote and never was heard from again after I placed multiple follow up calls. The third said we needed a brand new roof! Art looked at the roof and said overall it was in good shape and suggested a detailed plan to address what was really needed. The quote came with a few days. They got the business, came to do the work in a timely and professional manner. I trust them implicitly and will have them back again in a few years to evaluate our roof. They are the best!

Joseph and his team were quite responsive in all the stages of the project. Art came by first to see what was going on and what was needed. He gave us a few options without any pressure for going for the more expensive one. In fact, as we looked at the options and asked more questions, he provided even more specific plans that reduced the cost greatly and fit it into our budget. The scheduling of work went very fast and Ryan was on time to start and finish the work. All in all very professional, quick to respond, reasonable price, and good quality of work. Thanks!

I called because I had a tile damaged on my roof and I was not sure if there was damage and if it was time to replace the roof. Joseph from West roofing responded quickly, Juan, Fernando and Alexander came out the next day and fixed the roof. Joseph and Art were honest about the condition of the roof and I plan on using them when it is time to replace the roof. I would recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish Joe was extremely thorough in Communication and Craftsmanship. He daily texted me what he did that day with pictures. My roof had dry rot in several areas which caused a lot of extra work. Joe is a master of his craft and we are extremely happy with our beautiful roof. I definitely recommend him.

We had to replace our very old roof with a new one so it was a pretty big undertaking.After meeting with a handful of other companies, we decided to go with West Roofing because of their solid reputation, responsiveness, warranty, and very competitive pricing. From start to finish, the project manager Joe (I believe he is also the owner) remained involved and in close contact. The rest of his team was also very professional, courteous, and efficient! Our roof was done in two days flat. Once finished, all debris was cleaned up quickly and thoroughly so the only sign of work was our beautiful new roof. Thank you, West Roofing!
