I had plumbing work needed on my bathroom to do the work, the water had to be shut down for four hours. They didn't show up after the agreeing time and day. When I followed, I was told another project came up and they made a decision no to do mine. This is after I paid them in full. When I inquired about it, I was treated rudely as if it was my fault. This is what scares people about buying services without knowing them or proof of performance. It's been four days since I tried to give them a second chance.
