Prompt and efficient

The installers, Fabid, Ethan and Kyle were very friendly and greeted me when they arrived. They were very helpful in discussing what they were going to do and how it was being installed. Especially recommending that the stationary bench was to big for my small shower. So Fabid show me what it would look like before it was installed. Fabid recommended that the bench would take to much of the shower space. He suggest that I should use the fold down bench instead and still have enough space in the shower. This crew did an excellent job in the installation and cleaning up after the installment. Ethan and Kyle were very helpful also in answering my question when Fabid was busy. The shower looks really fancy and beautiful. But the only thing that was miss communicated was that I orginally wanted a dual handle shower but find out that they only carry the single handle shower. So Fabid called his manager about the missed understating about the shower handle, Fabid's manager called me right away and explained that they only carry single handle and not dual handle. He said that he will look into how the miss communication happen. But in all, Fabid, Ethan and Kyle made sure that I was happy on how the shower looked.

The team of : Jordan, Tim, Ethan were courteous, professional, and patience. They, answered all are questions.(no matter how annoying)They met all the challenges of remodeling in an older bath. It was nice to have young men(women)in our home, that exhibited pride and care in the results of their work. Lastly, they left the work , and adjacent areas very clean. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the workmanship and materials, choices of decor and the sales consultant.(Zac Green)

Tim and Jordan did exellant work and were very professional.

Tim went above and beyond the call of duty when he helped me wheel my mother(who the shower was being remodeled for) out to my car and when we got back he helped wheel her back inside.
