West Shore Home Baltimore

The 2-person team (Fabio and Derek) were amazing: professional, friendly, courteous and efficient.

It was a pleasure having Fabio and Joe to work on our shower. They were extremely professional and completed the project in record time. Thank you for the time and effort, Gary and Melveana....

Initial consultation with Scott, and installation by Fabio and Joe. All 3 were professional, respectful, and very courteous. They explained what they were doing, and when an issues was found with the original construction (drywall was cemented right on the cinder block so they could not remove all of it) they presented options and resolved the situation. Beautiful walk in shower with safety features for my elderly mother so we know she can be safe when we're away. Clean up was thorough, we were very pleased with the whole process.

The service was done in a timely manner

Itâ s not cheap, workmen are excellent workers

Fabio and Joe arrived on time. They got right to work. Finished sooner then I expected. Answered my questions. My new shower stall is beautiful and I feel a lot safer now. Thank you for excellent service. Your designer, Scott McCVallum was very helpful in my selections

Dante & Kevin were excellent on the whole install. Arrived right on time, got right to work, finished earlier than I expected and looks great.

A miscalculation in material needed resulted a redo of one end of the shower. The shower slide bar was missing and damage to the rear end of the enclosure necessitating 2 more service calls. The company promptly addressed the issues, no arguments. There was no hassling about paying the balance due during this time frame. The crews (2) were pleasant and put in a long day without complaint. There was lost of plaster dust, no surprise. The downstairs crew did a pretty good job cleaning up with their vacuum cleaner. The upstairs crew just did a broom job and really left a mess.

We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work.

We absolutely love our new shower. West Shore Homes completed delivered superior service. Martin and Tony were our installers and very professional. They arrived on time and did a stellar job. Our color choice blended with our existing tile perfectly. I would definitely recommend West Shore Homes for your bathroom remodeling needs.

they did a great job

These guys were great! They put in a new shower from the studs on out.

We had an appointment with Fabio and Joe for 8:00 am on 6/26/23 to replace our entire shower enclosure with a new one. At 8:00 am on 6/26/23 they were knocking on our door and were eager to start to work. These two men were congenial, clean, and very talented. Best of all they were friendly and kept us informed as they worked. By the end of the day they had completely removed our older shower (walls and all) and replaced it with the new one. Their workmanship was of 5 star quality throughout. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the quality of their workmanship. Our new shower looked better than showers we have seen in 5 star hotels we have stayed in over time. Kudos to West Shore Home for having such talented employees.

Jake and Vinnie came to install our new shower and were absolutely wonderful! I work from home and have two small boys with two dogs, so it's a bit hectic. The understanding of these two was amazing along with their great attitudes completed my satisfaction!
