They were very pleasant and courteous, very respectful of my home, and very professional. They asked me questions to ensure that the bars and shelves were placed where I liked. Their workmanship was outstanding. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would be happy to have them do any other job in my home when I need it done. I highly recommend them!

The sale person Tyler, and the workmen Ryan and Tavonne were very professional. Tyler called me back when I had a question abt the lifetime warranty question, after reading over the contract. He spent the time I needed for clarification. I appreciate it. Ryan & Tavonne was at my door at the schedule time ready to work. Their setup outside, the covering to protect my floors from the entry to the work area was impressing. I just loved everyone they did from the beginning to the end. And, converting the tub to the walk-in shower, whew shower was amazing refreshing. 5* guys.

Tiyon brought a sense of lightheartedness even assisting me in reorganizing once the project was complete. Kevin exhibited steady endurance and competence which created a sense of assurance that the project was in good hands. Thanks guys for a job well done.

The sales person, Kris Seaborg, was extremely informative and very courteous. He thoroughly explained options and did not pressure us into making s decision. The installers - Zeke S., Bradley, and Tony - were timely, respectful, and also informative. They thoroughly cleaned up after the work. One minor issue we did experienced was some miscommunication when we executed a slight change order. After finalizing the change and establishing the installation date we received a call the day before telling us that the doors and fixtures where not available. We were not pleased. Kris contacted us the evening before installation to hear or concerns. He put us in contact with his boss who promised to work things out. He did just that. Our project was fully completed the next day with all the change order items correctly in place. We are now thoroughly pleased.

Andrew and Kevin did a FATASTIC job. They arrived on time, covered all the floors, cleaned up after they were finished, and did a great install. I will recommend West Shore to every one who wants a walk=in shower. Everyone that we dealt with, from the first phone contact to schedule an appointment to the final install, was very helpful and knowledgeable,

Brian P. and Bradley came out to my place around 9am and we're done by 3pm. They were quick, the work looks great, and they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Overall great experience.

Great company I highly recommend them
