West Shore Home Orlando

Great team of people who completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Carl and Omaly did a great job remodeling our bathrooms. They were on time, set expectations, were friendly, and performed a fantastic job. The area and house were safe and clean at all times. Great attention to details! Highly recommend this duo. Thank you!

Carl G & Omaly L were very professional and polite workers. They keep the area safe and clean. When they left it was as clean as when they came.

Installers, Brian, Estaban, and Traci were excellent.

Justyn and Michael were curtious ,informative and respectful!!! We are EXTREMELY happy with the service they gave us and recommend them highly!!!

The staff was awesome. I will be using them again in the future

Joe and Carl are AWESOME! They gave my bathroom their all and it shows! They were meticulous while simultaneously working efficiently. So honored to have been part of this experience and I absolutely recommend!

Alex was very nice. He asked us at different steps what we wanted. He kept the area clean. He did a great job. We just are waiting for the last few items.

Brian, Shawna and Robert DC were very professional, efficient and courteous during the install. Thank you for our new beautiful shower enclosure, we love it!

Excellent, they did a great job.

Justin and Guillermo were fast, efficient, and courteous. They explained everything from start to finish, and kept the workspace clean at all times. I would highly recommend West Shore Home.

My husband and I saw your commercials on tv and we said letâ s do it. We decided a walk-in shower would be much better than climbing into the tub. The sales Rep Michael was very thorough in explaining everything about the choices and the product. Very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Our installer Brian Vosburgh, was amazing. He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! We are thankful West Shore chose Brian to do our install and we love our new walk in shower. Thank you Brian Vosburgh! I highly recommend West Shore Home for your bathroom walk in shower install and tub removal. Ask for Brian to do your install. He does outstanding work.

We are very pleased and can't wait to use it. The crew who performed the work, Justin and G, were courteous and professional. They were done before 5pm. Everything was cleaned up and you'd never know any happened except the sparkly new shower

Just had a shower installed, I was very impressed with the job. The installers were very professional and make that every little detail was well taking care of it. Carl and Joe make sure to explain the the procedure and cleaned everything after done.

3 showers were fully replaced. Every step was handled with exceptional customer service and professionalism. The installation teams were friendly, clean, respectful and the work is impeccable! I could not be happier. Thank you Esteban, Nick, Jr., and Cash!

Just had two shower installs. One of them was a complete removal and replacement of both a shower and whirlpool bath tub and custom install. Justin, G, Walbert and Max did an excellent job. They were all professional, courteous and friendly. We couldn't be happier with our new showers.

Still waiting for a callback to resolve a less than satisfactory ceiling line. Its been a few weeks

We had a very impressive experience begining at sales with Arleen, continued with phenomenal communication by multiple staff within scheduling which surprised us with an install way before the promised time during purchase. What sealed the experience and justified the investment even more so than the product quality, was the installer's level of communication, professionalism, consideration and concern for the final product as well as care for our household. Esteban & Nick raised a concern even after working hard all morning to ensure we felt our investment met standards and were beyond responsible. Although there was a mistake it was handled so well and expedited, I have nothing negative to say at all. I personally asked to ONLY have Esteban and Nick as my installers for completion. They are the definition of face of the company and treated the business as if it was their own and wish they could be recognized. Employees are hard to come by but GOOD employees are a 4 leaf clover! For those thinking about it take the plunge it was worth it from all the aspects.

Carl and Dave were very good at what they dip they transferred my old shower into a beautiful masterpiece they were on time very polite andâ s answered my questions and cleaned up very weâ ll after the transformation of my new shower

The product is beautiful. The installers were great. Carl, Joe and Nick worked together as a fantastic team. Management should be proud to have quality people like them with good work ethics, attitudes and abilities in their company. It also speaks well of management inspiring employees to work together with such team work.

My installers, Walbert and Marcos did an excellent job advising me about the steps they were taking through the remodel. At critical points like the leak check they had me present to see the test. They weee very professional about cleaning up throughout the job and took all the debris items away. They used canvas runners to keep there traffic area in the house clean. They kept the carport clean as they made there cuts on materials and vacuumed the bathroom out and the traffic area. I was very impressed by them both. They completed the job within the time they estimated.

They finished in a timely manner and were very polite and friendly

The 3 gentlemen, Junior, Curtis and Cash, were courteous, answered all our questions and displayed a professional attitude all day. They were on time and finished just before 5pm. Our shower looks amazing!

I almost gave this company 4 stars but decided that they earned 5 just based on Carl and Nash (the installers). I work from home with 3 large dogs, but the guys were polite, professional, unobtrusive and did great work! My shower install took 2 days instead of 1, but I have a weird bathroom. ð … The reason I almost only gave 4 stars is for the following reasons: 1. I discussed with my sales consultant in detail how I wanted to partially cover the huge window in my shower that faces the street. The installers didn't know that I wanted it partially covered, but took care of it with no issues. 2. I discussed with my sales consultant that I had to wait until some personal financial situations were out of the way. He said I could schedule the install as far out as I wanted to, and then could contact him to try to move it up once I had everything taken care of. So I did that. I messaged him when I was ready and asked about moving up the date. I didn't hear back, so I followed up a week or 2 later, and he said he hasn't heard back and would message the scheduling folks again. And I never heard back. But the installers showed up for the original schedule and did a great job, so I don't hold that against the company. I may be reaching out to West Shore to replace my sliding glass door, but I'm not ready to deal with that just yet.

Junior and Nick were very good and polite. They knew their job and completed it quickly. Junior is an exceptional craftsman. His work was flawless. WestShore Homes has an amazing team. Thank you, guys.
