wish I could leave zero stars! Shoddy workmanship and mediocre at best materials. It took over 6 months to actually "finish" the bath room remodel. 3 defective vanity tops, plumbing parts needed replacement, shower doors had to be replaced as well. the vanity cabinet has crooked drawers. Everything, of course, was the fault of the manufacturer. I will be paying for this bathroom the rest of my life, only to regret it every single day! As a public service, I strongly encourage you to use a different company to not live with permanent regret and disappointment.

Terrible experience. Quoted 2 day job, ended up being 2 months!! No caulking in some places, bad joints in others. NOTHING like what was planned. The floor wasn?t square with the room! They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! They are good until they actually install!

The installers Eric A and Angelo were great they arrived on time both days, completed their work in a timely manner. Completely cleaned everything up and left no mess at all. Would highly recommend them, in fact already told my neighbor and showed them their work.

Let me say customer service and quality matters to me and my family. Ryan and Christian showed up right on time. They explained what they were going to do during the pre- inspection for a tub shower removal to a new shower installation.Drop clothes were used to protect our floors. They kept us updated through the process. They were done by 5:00, they cleaned up and everything looked beautiful. I highly recommend these guys,they were total professionals. We definitely will use them again.

We hired West Shore Home to replace our terrible tub shower. We had a roof leak and it ruined the ceiling and walls in our shower. Kimball and Fredy arrived on time and were so kind to us. They found a few unexpected problems but handle everything and still finished in one day. They made sure to answer all our questions and cleaned up very well. Our new shower is absolutely beautiful!

West Shore replaced my tub and shower. I am please with the install and the people that did it for me. Kimball and Fredy were professional and on time to start the job. Kimball and Freddy converted a tub/shower to a stand alone shower. They were very easy to work with and courteous. Kept me informed on each phase of the installation and did a great job of cleaning up when done. I love the outcome and will consider using them again for another bathroom remodel when the time comes. The entire process was easy and less stressful for me than going out and piecing the project together myself.
