West Shore Home Houston

Randy Henry Dennis n The new guy did a great job very clean my walk in shower looks beautiful

We recently had a new shower installed by West Shore Home. They tore out a shower and a bathtub and replaced it with a much larger shower and a small space that we intend to use as linen closet. I would like to talk a little bit about our installer crew. Jake N. was the acting on site Foreman, Brynn, Matt, and John worked with him to complete the installation. I cannot praise them enough. They were so customer focused and dedicated to making sure that we got the shower that we had requested. They treated our home with such respect, making sure that it was clean. When you look at the videos on their website about how the job is done step by step, stage by stage making sure that everything is done correctly. The job took a little longer than expected because of a miscommunication with the salesperson for the project. When we noted the issue it was so pleasing to see how they reacted immediately. They brought a supervisor out to review the work and he made a couple of really great decisions. He stated to us don't worry we will make it right. And that is exactly what they did. Everything was done to our expectations and the resulting shower is of such high quality and the craftsmanship so solid I am sure that this shower will be a very very important selling point when we resell this house. The value of the shower the thing installed is well in keeping with the price of the work. It is a professional job and it has enhanced the value of our home. I wish we could rate this higher but I stand by everything that I've said. This is a wonderful and reliable company. They communicate well in advance of the work and follow up once the work is complete. Well done and thank you. It isn't very often that you see a company that is so willing to stand by their pledge of customer satisfaction. All I can say is they have truly proven their honesty and commitment to making sure that a customer receives exactly what they ordered.

Great service and customer service and customer care.

Robert worked on this task.

Excellent installation and cleanup.

Robert came to fix a small issue with our shower installed by West Shore Home. He was very knowledgeable and made sure they would fix any issues I would have. Robert made sure I was completely happy with our shower before leaving.

Fast, friendly. Beautiful work. Willie W and Mike G were professional and kept us apprised of every step.

Installers ( Willie W. and Micheal G.) were very educational and answered all questions. They also were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Shower looks great!

Robert did an amazing job finishing up our bathroom project. He was very thorough and kind.

Robert provided excellent customer service

Very good work.

Robert and Norman came out after a tub to shower install to fix an issue with a hot water line. Norman, the master plumber assessed the issue and found the best way to deal with it, even cleaned out the faucets. Robert repaired the drywall and became very friendly with Simba (my dog). Both guys were very punctual, informative and professional. Thank you guys!

Pablo and Oz arrived promptly as scheduled, greeted me with the utmost respect. They worked diligently without wasting time. I greatly respected the fact that they informed me of each step they made during the install. Very nice and professional. I enjoyed having them here and my install from tub to shower is gorgeous. Thank you guys!

West Shore Home was contracted to do a bathroom remodel from a jet run to an accessible walk-in shower. We worked with Kennedy on the design and the installation team made the design come to life. It was a two day project and well worth the wait. Special thanks to Kyle, Matt and Shane for a wonderful job transforming the bathroom. They were courteous, friendly and professional from start to finished. Listened to any input I had on placement of hardware within the shower. We are very very pleased with the results.

Love my shower! Very friendly and professional. Randy and Zack explained each step of the project and asked if there were any questions. Thank you for the attention to detail. They worked continuously until finished and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely use them again.

Israel and Israel are awesome .. good worker , very detailed and knows what they are doong .

Our team was Mike, Cesar and Pablo. All were hard working, friendly and courteous. Work was performed, results look great, and totally cleaned up. Looking forward to renovating our master bath.

Very professional yet personal! High quality of work and kept us informed! Jake N., Zack and Keanu B were great. They accomplished everything in 1 day from rip out to installation. This is a great company and we highly recommend them! From the sales to installation not one bad comment to say! All friendly and knowledgeable. We still love the shower this morning!

First off, we thank Kerol for his presentation that sold us on the bathroom. He wasnâ t pushy, gave a great presentation, was very knowledgeable and professional. That said, WE LOVE OUR NEW SHOWER! Randy and Henry did an outstanding job. Randy, the lead installer, was very knowledgeable, honest, didnâ t talk shop at us and explained everything step-by-step. Our scheduled install date was going fine until Randy called me in to tell me we had termites. AARGH, oh no. Thank God I was able to find a reputable company that serviced us the same day. We had our property treated and Randy and Henry were back the very next day to finish the install. They got right to work, replaced a few beams, working diligently, but not a rush job. These gentlemen are AWESOME! My hubby is a hard man to please, but he is truly, truly happy with the install. We will be having our guest bathroom done also and we will be requesting Randy and Henry. Thank you West Shore, Home, Randy and Henry.

Expensive. But looks nice

Robert was great fixing minor issues very friendly and great customer service. I will hire again

Always professional and they follow up after the work has been completed

West Shore Home is a very reliable company! I highly recommend them if youâ re looking to replace your bath tub to a stand-up shower with more space. From the beginning we were very pleased with their sales representative Jahan Kargar, who came to our home. He explained everything thoroughly and showed us many options to choose from with pictures and the financing plans. He made sure to answer our questions and made us feel assured that we were hiring the best. Our installation was quickly scheduled one week later after approval. The West Shore crew arrived promptly at 8am and were done by 2:30 pm. Ron and Earl were quick with installing and explained the process thoroughly. In the end, we were very pleased with our new remodeled shower. I definitely will be calling them back for our next project.
