The installers (Thomas and Noah) were on time, conscious of everything they were doing, and our dog loved them. Outside of that, their trade skills were outstanding (I'm a regional maintenance advisor for a Fortune 100 company, so I know) and they were even careful about noise because I was in a lot of meetings that day. Just outstanding from start to finish. Ira, the job lead made intros and followed up. Mark feels like a family friend. Wouldn't use ANYONE else.

My installation team (Thomas H. and Ira J.) were very professional and good at their job. They provided me with updates on their progress throughout the installation process. The installation went smoothly, and they handled any issues with some wood rot that came up. The cleanup left the bathroom in as good or better shape than when they started. Overall, they did an excellent job.

I enjoyed meeting Mark Hardess to start this project and Jackson Ceule did a great job designing my shower. Installers Matt & Thomas were great! They came to the house nice and early and worked steadily throughout the day. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and leaving my house clean. I reviewed their work and was completely satisfied and I would recommend this team.

Matt, Susant, & Thomas were fantastic. They took their time from demo of the old shower thru the installation of the new enclosure. Cleaning up as they went, explaining each step of the process, and answering any questions we had. Only regret is I could only give them 5 stars because they truly deserve 10. Thank You for all the hard work and commitment to doing the job right. Amazing experience from an awesome team. All our best to you three going forward.

Brent Russell was the design consultant and was very through presenting the estimate. Matt and John showed up on time the first day and did an awesome job starting the shower remodel. Matt showed up on time the second day and finished the shower remodel by himself. Awesome! The team was professional and courteous. Matt made sure that we were satisfied before leaving. They cleaned up the site as well.

I contacted West Shore Homes about my bathtub / shower and they sent someone out to talk to us- my daughter was there with me - and she (Juliana Leigh) was very helpful and informative and so decided on having the tub taken out and putting in their shower unit. Note: the last couple of years I had been having faucet problems with the tub and after the last few years of some health issues it was more difficult to step into/out of the tub. So liked the shower unit idea. Juliana answered all our questions and helped us with starting our procedure to make this happen. 2 weeks later Ron, Earl and Ira came in and completed the remodel in one day. They started at 8 am and walked us through the project. They explained step by step what they were doing. They were more than willing to answer any of our questions and completed the project by 6 pm. They did an excellent job and I am more than happy to have a new shower. I would recommend these 3 guys because they treated my home as if it was their home and like family. I would recommend WestShore and their services to anyone because they were all wonderful.

We had them replace our bathtub and shower walls. They do excellent work, were on time and worked all day long until job was finished. Cleaned up all the floors and went over everything before leaving to make sure we were satisfied. We had Kyle and Taylor do our work, very professional men.

The team was professional and courteous. They made sure that we were satisfied before leave. Also cleaned up the site as well.
