Our West Shore Home doors were installed yesterday, and they are amazing! This experience has been great from the start, from our sales rep Jim, everyone on the phone, the gentleman who came to confirm measurements, and ESPECIALLY the five-man crew who came in and did such a fine job for the day! We have two double-hung doors with the storm doors, and a sliding glass door, which they completed in just about six hours. Out with the old and in with the new. They cleaned up the areas better than I had to begin with. Thank you so much, Dave, Tony, Hunter, Jacob, and Trevor! FIVE GOLD STARS from us. Quality Product. Quality People. Thank you, West Shore Home.

Luke M, Evan S, and Jordan M were on time, very professional, requested my input before finishing AND most importantly interacted well with my 9 year old black lab mix who still acts like a puppy with visitors to the house. I would have these 3 gentlemen back again if I engage West Shore again.

Shower Installation and Replacement
Andrew F. was very professional and focused on the project. Andrew completed the installation of our new shower in one day. I only wish that the salesman had given us options for the shower head. Not pleased with the shower head at all and for the price of the shower it is a disappointment.

Bathroom Remodel
The experience with the people and the look of the finished product is great. But we already had to have them back out twice because of leaking shower both out the shower door and also under the shower into our basement. Now we are noticing that all the caulking is coming off from shelves and walls and will have to have someone come out again. It has only been 1 month 3/7/22 was our installation date and today is 4/8/22. After spending so much money it it quite scary to think that after 1 month we will already have them back out 3 times to look at it and fix something. I can not be more sad and upset about this. I had a lot of faith and now everything has been crushed.

I love my new shower! I was very pleased with the installer Jimmy S. He was very friendly and polite and cleaned up after himself. He showed up exactly at 8 am. Right on time! He did a great job tearing out my old tub/shower and installing my new shower. Done by 4 pm. 5 Stars for Jimmy S.

Steven and Hunter were very personable and did an excellent job. I am missing two screens for my largest window. I was informed that they have been ordered, so I'm waiting for that. Otherwise all is good.

The sales people, second measurer and installers need to get on the same page as to what homeowners need to do to prepare for window installations. We were told that all installation would take place outdoors and that was not true. It need to be better explained that you need to only take drapes down, not the hardware associated with them.
