Daman, Kyle M and Caleb C were excellent. Damen walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Kyle and Caleb did excellent work. They were careful and explained each step and asked for my input. They were professional, capable and took pride in their work. They made a great team.

Omar and the crew were outstanding. Professional and efficient

Omar and the crew were outstanding. Professional and efficient

The crew members were excellent. Mr Kyle Munette, Mr Caleb Cook & Mr Kyle Hensley. They performed very professional, polite & always on time.

Aiden, Jai, Earl and Chris all were very professional in their quality of work performance. They put down runners on the pathways where they would be walking, and were very contientious about keeping any of the other areas of the house from being exposed to the dust and debris incurred when doing a project like this. There were a couple areas that were a bit different than commonly found, and they handled them like they were no problem. The finished project actually looked better than we had expected. They had said that the job would take two days, and two days was what it took. We would highly recommend this crew for any similar project.

Cameron K Dante M from the Tampa branch. Love my new door, itâ s very nice. They cleaned everything and were very professional

Omar O., Anthony C., Nick G., Josh F., Rico P. were all Outstanding, very knowledgeable of product, Professional, Kind, Respectful & acted as Gentlemen the entire time they were here. Omar O., answered all of my questions; even demonstrated everything for me!! They were very efficient the entire time they were here, & cleaned up after themselves!! No mess left behind!! These men are all an asset to your company. And in my opinion deserve to be rewarded for an Awesome Job with a bonus, raise & an outstanding lunch/gift card !

Tyler R, Bryce M and Nick P were wonderful they went above and beyond what was asked of them Could not of asked for better,

Horrible. They broke six of my marble windowsills. Put a hole in my pool screen. I canâ  t get them to fix anything. Their customer care number. Just hangs up on you. The installation manager Damon Hankins never returns my phone call. Horrible horrible experience do not use them.

The leads and installers showed up on time and ready to go! Omar O. Was amazing at including us in all decisions. He ran this crew incredibly well. A big thank you to Bryce M, Tyler R, Anthony C, Josh F, Mike D, Cameron K, Dante M, Royce G, Jan N, Ray M, Rico P, Jim G, Bobby C, Abraham C, Nick P, Anthony F, Kyle H, and James V. They were all so easy to work with and respectful to my mom, my daughters and myself. I was really anticipating and few days of complete chaos and what I got was fast, efficient work done by professionals! The windows look great and they cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend West Shore Home for window replacement! Thanks again for all the help. Special thank you to those on the crew that went above and beyond (Omar and a few others). We really appreciate the professionalism and care that went into this project.

The 3 installers, Soledad H., Walter F. and Wendelle J.; who are direct employees of West Shore Homes were fantastic, very professional and treated our home as there own, they custom put in our seat, grab bars, so it was best for my 6' tall husband and 5' tall me. Highly recommend, great value for the price and absolutely left our whole bathroom clean. Love our new shower!
