The installers were very professional and polite. They were timely, clean, and personable. And explained everything that would be done by end of day

Soledda H. and Aiden J. we're 2 of the most professional and efficient workers I've ever seen a company send out. They were great at explaining everything to my elderly aunt, and the shower they installed is awesome. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and I'd definelty have them come again if I wanted additions to the bathroom or anything like that. 5 stars all around!

Joe S. and Jose G. were very professional and did an amazing job turning what was a non-functional spa tub/shower into an incredible walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. They arrived on time and talked me through everything they planned to do. They took every precaution to not damage anything during the demolition part of the project, and the whole thing turned out great. The new master bathroom shower looks beyond what I expected.,

From the sales associate who originally came to our home to the 2 young men (Raymond K and Eric L) who installed the new shower, everything was high quality and very professional. Our only reason for giving 4 stars and not five was the cost.

Alex and Erik were very professional in their demeanor and their work. Everything was explained in my language so that I had no questions. I live in Clearwater Florida and the work was performed at my home on December 8, 2022. I hope these two gentlemen get credit for all the PR I will be giving this company. You do not make it easy to leave good reviews so I hope this message is received by the proper personnel.

Excellent sales person Yasmine was very informative and she was very responsive after signing the service contract with followup questions. Installers Alex and Eric were excellent, cordial and focus on task at hand. Price was lighter than we wanted to pay but we needed a quick turnaround on the upstairs bath tub and acrylic liner and Westshore homes delivered in the one day installation and final product looks great.

Our installers were Grant & Ryan from Jacksonville, Fl. They came down for a week to help out the St. Pete area. They were fantastic. On time, polite, conscientious, hard working and very patient. We would highly recommend them and the company. We had one slight glitch and when I reported it to customer service I got a phone call the next day and they scheduled the repair in a week. Our bathroom looks fantastic. We love the new acrylic shower and the fact that all our plumbing was replaced and all the fixtures are included we feel the price point is excellent. A raise for Grant and Ryan please.

The install team, Jodecci and Owen were great. Explained everything along the way and reviewed process when completed. The price was higher then expected, but shower looks great. Job done in 7 hours.

Shower remodel team did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our new shower. Jerry and Max were very professional and paid close attention to detail. They were very courteous and asked our preference on placement of particular items to ensure our satisfaction. While backing their large truck into our driveway, they accidentally broke one of our sprinkler heads. Stuff happens, right? They went out of their way to get the replacement part and repaired it themselves on the spot. Thanks guys for a job well done.

The sliding glass door was installed, but it was not properly sealed to prevent water intrusion. I now have a hurricane impact door that withstood the wind but let the rain in. caused water damage, and now they want to charge an additional fee to correct poor workmanship. I definitely would not recommend the company based on this experience.

Shower replacement is more accurate. The shower looks great. However there is 1 huge problem, we were told the shower pan was 5 inches deep, which might technically be true, but the portion you stand in is only about 1 inch deep. So if you're not careful and touch your shower curtain, your floor (outside the shower) is probably gonna be wet. For the price, this is a huge problem.

One day install was great. Yes, while I did a 4.5 on work quality, we all know mistakes can happen. Minor issue with plumbing. Westshore came back and fixed issue. In the end, very happy with the work that was completed. Yes, I would work with this company again.

The Install team from West Shore Homes was amazing job. They were very professional and installed my 2 showers including one tub and one shower door. They were friendly, professional, very good at their jobs. They removed the old ones and installed the new ones all in one day without cutting any corners. I would highly recommend them. The kept me informed and let me see every step of the project.

I had Jerry and Scott to complete the project. It was a long project secondary to the irregularity of my previous shower. They worked extremely hard from 815 am to 6 pm on the first day removing the old shower components and installing 75 per cent of the new shower. After the hurricane scare, they returned to finish the remaining part in 3 hours. Work seems to be of high quality and aesthetically looks very good. Cleanup was complete with no mess left behind.
