They were awesome when I inquired about an estimate they were very prompt and professional..explained everything so that I understood exactly how much ,products used,warranty ..Jason and Raymond showed up exactly as planned worked very hard to complete my tub to shower renovation they did not even stop for lunch. This was also done post hurricane to which I was very surprised they didn't reschedule the installation. My Shower is beautiful everything I expected and more. Love this company and it's employees the are awesome. THANK YOU TO ALL EMPLOYEES AT THIS COMPANY YOU GUYS ARE GREAT..A SPECIAL THANKS TO JASON AND RAYMOND FOR WORKING SO HARD TO MAKE MY SHOWER SO BEAUTIFUL

Bate-and-switch selling tactics. Was shown a contract with one item and sent pictures of what I was buying just to be told later that it wasnt in the contract I actually signed but I could pay for an upgrade. The initial install was done with more than a few incorrect items. I was told that was normal and to just call in later for service to fix. From day 2 (because you have to wait a day to use) the shower enclosure was leaking all along the frame, doors would not stay closed, and within a week something was rusting inside the door frame. There is no customer service, just sales. They do everything they can to convince you not to pay through Angi or HomeAdvisor. Not a good company and not a good investment at all. My best advice is to stay away.

Soledda and Owen were professional, courteous and efficient. They explained the whole process and cleaned up the area upon completion. Great job!! Maybe weâ ll have the same team with the 2nd bathroom!!

The installers, Jerry and Rick, were amazing. They arrived on time, a little early actually. They worked well as a team. They caused as little disruption as possible. My wife said they were practically invisible. West Shore delivered what they promised. The sales rep, Jenna, did a great job of introducing the company. Jennaâ s knowledge gave a good level of confidence in the company. Job well done.

They took the time to explain everything to us, and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves. Even after I said I would take care of it. They were very professional and thorough. Our installation crew Alex G. (Lead) and Brian M. from Tampa, Florida, were professional. They were here on time and worked efficiently, they explained what was happening every step of the way. They were very polite and knowledgeable.

Tub to shower conversion. Edwin and Doug got to work right away 9 AM. Very professional. Completed job about 5 PM. Worked efficiently, noise wasnâ t as bad as anticipated. Water shutoff only couple hours. I was worried of mold possibility in small bathroom that stays humid especially with 2 teenage boys who live for long showers. Was glad no mold found after old tub and tiles demoâ d down to studs. Shower looks beautiful, will be easier to clean. Thank you !

The guys were on time very professional explaining everything. I would highly recommend Nick D and JP. They are the best cleaning after Installation was great. I was not sure where to put shower shelves the guy help me to decide. Im very well satisfied. WestShore is the best from day one with Rep. Damian.

My over all experience with West Shore Home for my Bath/Shower from beginning to end was Excellent. The one day install was so nice. From the start Tyreese & Ryan were very professional. Everything for the days project was explained & then beautifully executed. Very nice & respectful throughout the day, and my home was treated with care. The final project turned out so Great. Alex G, Erik C, and Tyress C. tore out our old bathtub and surround. Replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower. Top grade materials used. Great craftsmanship from the 3 men. Cleaned up everything after themselves. Highly recommend West Shore Homes. David V. Bushnell, FL
