Michael and De'Ante did a great job installing my shower

We Had two bathrooms remodeled. The sales rep was great. he went thru every facet of the job and materials we wanted. We felt that this company has it down pat. Our job with two baths being done at the same time was a bit different--one was typical bathtub and surround, the other was removing the tub and turning it into a shower. Two teams showed up. Both went straight to work. CHRIS & GARRETT went right to work demo'd the place and installed a beautiful bath and shower. The second crew EMMITT & DUSTIN also went right at it. Both teams disassembled the existing baths, cleaned up the mess and began measuring, cutting and assembling new bath spaces that are absolutely beautiful. I feel like West Shore Homes sent us the 4 best installers in the business. They were professional, knowledgable,, and quite skilled at their jobs. Both baths came out much better than we'd expected. I used to work a bit in construction years ago and I wish I'd had four men like this on our install team. They knew their jobs, put their heads down and got it done to perfection. Emmitt, Dustin, Chris, and Garrett all did an OUTSTANDING job. Almost makes me wish I had more remodel work to do. West Shore certainly has some serious talent out there.

The price was a bit high, but it was a total tear out and installation of a bathtub to walk-in shower. Jacoby and Dilan did a great job and were very polite and professional. The entire job was done in one day (about 8 hours). Our salesman Jason was knowledgeable and spent time with us to explain the process and answer any questions we had. He also promptly responded to calls and texts. Overall, we were very happy with this experience and expect to enjoy our new shower for many years.

Nathan and David did great work installing our shower. Answered all my questions and kept me up on all the progress that was being made. Very professional and great attitudes having to work in a hot upstairs bathroom. When they finished work, they went over everything with warranties and care. Cleaned up everything so you would not even known it had just been put in. had great over all experience.

The price for replacing an old bathtub with a walk-in shower was a bit high, but the quality of the work was outstanding. Justin and Josh did a great job, were very professional, and extremely courteous. The entire job was completed in less than 7 hours and looks great.

Jose Lomas and David kept us informed of the progress and did a very good job cleaning up. Thank you.

Michael and Kyle did great work.
