West Shore Home Dallas

Experienced, reasonably priced and provied beautiful results in 1 day. Highly recommend

Jose L. and Ryan S. got my shower done within a day. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and was able to finish they job on time. I was impressed.

Our design consultant Devin walked us thru the whole process. We remodeled two baths he helped us pick the perfect designs for both. The crew did a great job with the installation! Since we had two baths remodeled a large crew did the outstanding work. I only got 3 of the crew members names, Jose Ryan and Matt. There were 3 others. Hats off to them all. We love the new baths.

Perfect. Our Design Consultant, Chad Towny, was on time and demo their product which was very impressive. He answered all our questions and back their product 100%, West Shore was able to move our original appointment up from 23rd of April to the 1st of April. Great Good Friday surprise. Devin, Christian B. and Josh showed up @0800 on Friday 4/1/2021. It was awesome. I never seen a process move this fast. These guys had everything out by 0900 and the new tub in and water flow demo by 1000. They were complete by 14:00 and went through all the process of cleaning and warranty and answered more questions Great job. Thank you so much!

Devin, Chris B and Josh M gave me the best Good Friday/Easter gift than I could expect. These professional men arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and were finished before 1:00 p.m. (talk about one day service). They started immediately protecting my entrance wood floor hallway with double layer drop cloths, moved upstairs to start removing the old tub/shower and installed a walk in shower. Believe me, if I could show you pictures of the old tub/shower; you would have to say it came out of the dump. Now I have the most beautiful walk in shower; I have been showing pictures to everyone. Now let me tell you about the men who came out; beside being extremely profession, they walked me thru every step of installation. I was shown the tear down, the empty area where the tub/shower had occupy. I was amazed the how the studs were not damaged from years of neglect. I was able to inspect every step of the installation from tear down to completion. They answered every question with pride in their work and respect to me (never once did they seem to feel I was disturbing their work. Now for the best news: they left my home in better condition than they found it. I mean it was cleaner! Not just the area of where the tub/shower was removed but they cleaned the new shower in and out plus the glass doors. But also the bathroom are, hallway upstairs, entrance downstairs hallway but the outside area where the cutting was being done. Even my neighbors were surprise they left "no trace" of being outside doing any work. John W who coordinated the order, to getting the supplies and was responsible for the schedule of when the work was going to be done; kept me informed every step of the way. I must highly recommend these men and the company to whoever intends to have work done in their home. If I could, I would give each of them 100% for the quality of workmanship, their professional ethics and attitude concerning the job well performed. I need to have additional work done, and want these men to come to do it!!

Installers were knowledgeable, worked well and cleaned up. The sales person was a total failure. Called many times to get the correct shower head and mount. Still dont have it. Go with someone else.

Today, Levi and Josh from Westshore Homes, made my day. I am impressed on how quickly they finished my brand new shower. The initial meeting with Harry went very well. He was very patient on the number of times I changed my choices. They are very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and detailed oriented. In between their work, I really liked how they asked me for my feedback on how I want to see the bars and shelves set up. All in all, Westshore and this gentlemen provided such quality work. They are definitely assets to the company. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Very happy with the job. Jacoby and Josh performed the remodel of the shower. Highly recommend.

We had our tub/shower converted to a shower only. Christian B and Levi were on time and completed the job as expected in1 day. They took care to place drop cloths down to make sure our floors were protected. They also took care to clean up after themselves both inside and outside. We were very pleased with the final product. Canâ t wait to take the first shower in it!

Overall I was very happy with the install. I do believe work can be done within customer service and their install appointment scheduling. You should ensure you have the product on hand before making an appointment for installation causing less problems if the product is not available for the scheduled installation appointment. Michael and Zach did a great job during the 2nd day of installation and clean up.

Jose Lomas and Ryan Scott came to do the install. This was a tough one because it was a soaker tub and the doorway had to be widened. They were very courteous. worked diligently into the night to complete the project within the 3-day promise. I recommend this group of installers as well as the salesman, Brian Laird, to do your bathroom upgrade. We are very please based as to how it looks today

Corey M came to our home and the process of deciding how we wanted things done went well. He went over all the aspects of our project to be sure we had considered all relevant details. The install crew was professional and thorough. Craig, Austin and Adrian worked carefully and diligently. They had to return and correct a small item but Cory responded promptly when I contacted him about the issue.. Thus far, very satisfied with the work performed.

My sales rep Casey Clarihew was well informed and easy to work with. The installers Christian B, Adrian, and Kyle were nice and professional. The results are awesome and they were finished by 3:00.

Chris, Matt, and Aaron delivered the goods in a timely, professional manner! Very impressed, and probably the best experience with a remodel of any kind. Well worth the cost.

The project went above expectations. John and Tyler were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, were very clean and tidy through out the entire process.

Devin and Christian did a fantastic job. Arrived at 8:00 am as promised. Worked efficiently, professionally, and cleanly. Job looks great. They were finished prior to 2:00 pm. I would recommend this company and especially these two installers to anyone that is interested.

Johnathan P. was excellent. He arrived on time and completed the work faster than I thought one person would be able to. He kept his work area clean and the rest of our home was not impacted. We appreciate him and his professionalism.

Armando and Blaine did a wonderful job in converting my bathtub to walking shower . Very happy with their work and would also recommend to all my friends

I had the best experience with Devin at West Shore Home. They promised me a 1 day install for a walk in shower and Devin came through!! He was polite, clean and very knowledgeable, I can say this was one of my best experiences ever!! They also did an amazing job walking me through the process and getting my opinion on where I wanted my handles & shelves installed. He actually showed me the new plumbing and that it was working properly before continuing. 5 Star Rating â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸

Chris and Matt were great, showed up on time, completed job in timely manner with minimal impact to rest of home, kept work area very clean and were happy to answer any question we had. The were very knowledgible and professional. We are now thinking of having them back to to our other bathroom .

Ricardo R. and Victor P. were very professional. They arrived as promised, very personable.

Johnathan P was great!

Had a new shower/tub install by West Shore Homes in Dallas. Chris came out to give us our quote and a thorough walk through of the entire process from start to finish. The install was scheduled in about 2 weeks from signing contract. They called a few days before to confirm install and to ask their COVID questions. Christian and Devin came out to the the install. They were on time, very professional, organized, polite, wore masks and company shirts. They reviewed the work order and offered further recommendations for the second shower space that is a non standard space. They put down floor covering and cleaned up everything. They answered every question, reviewed further instructions, involved us in the process. They installed one shower/tub and it looks amazing. They showed us the new plumbing behind the scenes. Explained cleaning, warranty, etc. They both complimented how much they enjoy their work. Friendly, courteous gentlemen. I hope I get Christian and Devin back for our second shower install once supplies come in. Thank you to West Shore, Devin, and Christian for taking all the stress out of this process.

Installer Devin did a great job!!

We had the guys come in and start our bathroom's renovation and we were totally impressed with how the new shower turned out! It turned out to be a very beautiful renovation and would definitely recommend this company.
