I purchased a new back door for $10,000, and only chose this company because the slick salesman told me that there was a lifetime guarantee/warranty. Clearly that is not the case as I called for service on the door and was told there was a fee. I am attaching pictures of the loose metal plate at the bottom that was not attached correctly and is so sharp that last week my small dog had his right side ripped open when he ran in the door. I would not have been aware of the unattached bottom or the razor sharpness of the corner without that injury. And now I?m being told that it would cost me $125 to have this fixed. I wish the vet fee was only $125. The door also has the same problem of opening without having to use the handle. I can simply push the door and it opens. This was addressed prior, but it still happens. Being told that these doors are made by the Amish in PA was another reason I chose WSH. The Amish have more skill than whoever put this door together.

I have had my walk in shower for about five to six years. This past Sunday one of the shelves came off. I called this morning and the male in the service department said I had to pay $125.00 for them to fix the self, I thought it was a lifetime guarantee, he said just the material, not the labor and over a recorded line I ask so the labor is not good, he said correct. I like the shower but, the installation is not as it seems in the TV commercial.

9 windows, 2 picture windows, front door and sliding glass door. All done in one day! The installers were professionals, courtious, and cautious of my pets. They kept me informed on how the project was moving along, from sale to installation. Very satisfied with quality and installation. Highly recommended this company for your project.
