Mr. Torres. Representing West Texas Chiller was onest and found the proble rightaway and fix it for me different than the first so call Technician had told me and quoted me.$650.00 for a bad diagnose Mr.Torres from West Texas Chiller charged me only $100.00 including parts that he used.
