I was impressed by the response from my inquiry on Home Advisor. Francisco the owner kept in touch with me thru text messages and emails. It was all done very professionally. We are very please with the retaining wall they built for us. The workers were friendly and the workmanship went beyond our expectations. Work completed in a timely manner, too. I would definitely use them again for any Masonery jobs.

I was so excite to have Francisco and his team working on refacing my fireplace. They did an excellent job, they were courteous, timely, and did a great job and they cleaned up after the construction. I will be referring this company to my friends.

Have never had a contractor so punctual and work so clean. Had two brick pillars and short side wall to have iron gate put into or entrance. Had it done with another company just less than a year ago and had to have it taken down itâ s they had done such a poor job. Francisco was just a pleasure to work with. His Dad did the masonry part . Was dry Meticulous. Beautiful job. Would hire them again in a heart beat.

We hired West Valley Masonry to install stacked slate veneer installed on our outdoor chimney and on pillars. I would hire West Valley Masonry over and over and over again. Francisco is extremely responsive, straight-forward, honest, fair, and follows through consistently. We got exactly what he said we would, and he was accommodating to add additional masonry work even after the start of project. The communication is the best I've experienced with contractors working over the years. I received a professional same-day quote by email, and each time I made a progress payment, I received a receipt by email. Francisco informed when the crew would show up (and they showed up on time) and communicated well via text, email, and phone about the purchase and pick up of materials. His crew was professional and nice. The quality of work was outstanding. Every expectation met. And now my neighbors want to work with him! One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in the Bay Area since owning a home for the past 21 years --- and we've worked with many.

They were very responsive and cleaned up every day. I really enjoyed adding a nice flower bed to my backyard.

This was a big job. Not only did he install a patio, walkway and steps in the backyard, he also put pavers in the driveway, refaced the front porch in stone and created a firecircle in the backyard. Francisco's group did excellent work! Everyone was professional. They were very meticulous to make sure that every detail was perfect. I was impressed and will hire them again when we refinish the fireplace.

We hired West Valley Masonry to install a stacked stone veneer over an old, painted brick fireplace. I can't say enough about Francisco and his team. He communicated well, presented a clear estimate and contract, arrived on time on the installation day, did a beautiful job in less time than he estimated and left everything very clean. We love our "new" fireplace that provides a much more modern look to our living room. This was a small job for them but they treated us like we were doing a large job. I would definitely recommend them.

West Valley Masonry was timely, responsive and very professional. They showed up on time, they kept the work area clean and free from debris, they finished the job on time and they did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them!

He does not have the staff to complete jobs. He did not answer my calls. He cancelled numerous appointments and pushed my job out for over 3 weeks. When he did finally come, he brought his Dad to help. They worked that day but never returned to finish the job.

Francisco and team did a spectacular job with a tough brick siding project. They worked around every tricky spot and showed incredible attention to detail. It took some long hours in the sun, but the end result was better than I even imagined. Highly recommended!
