West Virginia Inspection Company is proud to provide professional and thorough home inspections to the Charleston/Huntington and surrounding areas. Our inspections cover over 400 items, including the grounds, exterior, roof, interior, plumbing, electrical, crawlspace, attic, structure and foundation. We also check for mold like substances and for wood boring insects and insect damage. With the use of modern technology, we are able to provide you with your inspection the same day of the inspection. We use a drone for roofs and chimneys that are not easily accessible. This enable us to inspect areas that the majority of the competition cannot. For over ten (10) years, Larry Perkins - Owner, has been in business.
