Both the owner and the inspector where great. After inspector did the inspection he followed up to make sure if there was anything I needed clarified or any questions I had. The owner knows we are gonna be new to area and was super nice in welcoming us and telling us a little more about the area.

The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.
