Westbay was very accommodating to my needs and did a great job in keeping their appointments prompt and getting the work done in a timely manner.

They came on time for the initial meeting and to give us an estimate. They got the heater we needed fast. Installation took a little longer than initially said but that was because the unit arrived damaged and they had to wait for another one to come. Very happy with this company.

The guys where pretty good in responsiveness, after I signed the contract with them for full HVAC system replacement, they started 2 days later, did the good whole job in 2 days, and when they make one mistake in multizone wiring of dampers, they returned 2 hours later same day and fixed the problem, that's why it is 4.5 not 5 starts. They pricing was very reasonable for the high end Bryant system (evolution 96% eff. furnice, 19SEER AC 58Db, Evolution Connex Control, multizone board, all air ducts for a 2500 sqf house. Really liked them.

Very honest, efficient, friendly. Did not try to upsell me. They suggested units that were able to be serviced by more than the single authorized dealer. They were upfront with the cost. Nothing hidden. Encouraged me to get other quotes and research to feel comfortable with my decision.

Don't deal with WestBay. They are rude and didn't finish the job with satisfaction. Brandon and his father both are scary and don't know how to do business. Broadon started shouting and screaming in front of my house. Please be careful.

I didn't know what to expect because I could find only one review when I hired them. However, Brandon's responsiveness was a selling point as we were discussing the project. The price he quoted was very good compared to what other companies had quoted me last summer to install a new AC. The two installers he sent were professional, corteous and very clean. I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them.
