They have $90,000 of our money for 5 months so far doing our pool. The pavers are coming apart and have not done the final service to our pool no cage pipes still sticking up out of the ground and a hazardous area for my 6 yr old son and 5 yr old grandson. Communication is very little. Please run as far away from this company from doing your pool. Google them and you will be able to see how many people are on wait or have messed up projects. I have kept my mouth shut for a while now but I just can not take it anymore. They have new owners when we hired them they had very few complaints about the old ownership. I am very stressed with my little ones around this pool area.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I do not know where to start. We contracted with them in early December 2021. Construction began at the end of January 2022 with excavation. Never saw a set of engineered plans till the project was almost 75% done. 1. The sun shelf was designed 2 feet too short making it difficult to use Ledge Loungers without them falling off the shelf. 2. The bubblers only shoot up 1 inch the air. No pressure. 3. The design from 3.5 to 6 did not work too well and the steps were too tall, making it difficult to step up from the pool. Has to be rigged after the spray crate was already in. 4. The pavers were not ordered in December, but rather in March of 2022. (They forgot). Showed up in May (I think). 5. The spa was not designed properly to be part of the pool. The spillover shelf is too low and it is impossible to have any hot water stay in the spa without overflowing into the pool. 6. The overflow drain does not work properly and after rain, the water is up to just below the coping paver. 7. The rebar is rusting and showing through the plaster (1 month turned up only). 8. Wrong pool equipment delivered twice. The entire system was supposed to be Pentair and they delivered Jandy. The automation does not work properly. 9. The cage was not built to engineering drawing and the permit was applied for 6 weeks after the screen enclosure was installed. As of the date of this review, there still is no permit for the cage or a final for the pool. Instead of fixing their error, they changed the engineering drawing this week. All of the rain from the 2nd story patio floods the deck and is ridiculous. A simple gutter would have solved the issue. The answer I got was, Ole well, go buy yourself some gutters 10. The plumbers had to return to fix the height of the pipes and manifold for equipment after I brought it to their attention. 11. The pavers pads outside the doors were put in during a rain storm so all of the concrete used to hold them in washed away. Still waiting for the repair from 3+ weeks ago. 12. The owner/designer/salesperson used to work at bankrupt company and had I known I would have never hired them. 13. The hose blew on the concrete truck which left concrete all over my lawn, paver driveway, and the neighbors new car. 14. Minimal transparency. 15. Huge attitude AND CRICKETS WHEN YOU CALL FOR ISSUES CAUSED BY THEM. A 14-week project is over 20 weeks and now the pool needs to be drained halfway to fix the very sloppy plaster job of the pebble-tek finish. Hooray for folks more concerned with the dollar than professionalism, transparency, and completing work on time and correct the first time.

Our pool will be installed in February,but I have seen some of their work. Their service and showroom really help to visualize the project.
