I hired Westbrook enterprise when my septic system was found to be too old and broken down to be usable. It was already a difficult period in my life, so I was thankful for the straight forward approach. When they installed the system they also removed several abandoned cars that where left of the property prior to me taking it over. Several other people had offered to take the cars but none did. While they were here I also contracted with them to fix my gravel driveway. My driveway was completed yesterday and is a 100% improvement from the driveway I had before. Overall the experience was a positive one. I found that they used quality materials. 1) have them handle the testing and design portion of the process. 2) the testing and design process takes a while to complete. 3) this work is weather contingent. Wet whether will delay the contraction time line. 4) this type of work requires digging in the ground. This may result in some uneven ground during construction, and settling that occurs after construction. They said they would be back in spring to fix any settling that may have occurred over the winter.

Hired to install a septic system and excavate around a detached garage to expose the foundation walls for waterproofing. Septic part went well. Excavation at garage is an ongoing nightmare and they are long gone.

They were responsive, courteous, and competent. Although the price was fare, the invoice did not give anything but the total amount.

Had them come out for a septic inspection on a property I wanted to buy. He showed up approximately 20 min early and completed the inspection before I even got to the house. So I just got a quick run down of what he saw and when asked where the drain field was located cause I wanted to do yard work and avoid the drain field. He just pointed in a general direction and said about 50 feet that way and to refer to the house plans at the county office. Also his written report was not very informative and when asked about it he said he included everything in the report and look over it again, later he apologized and admitted he missed some information in the report and corrected it.

Don Westbrook was very responsive. He called me back very early on a Sunday morning to answer my questions and help me with my septic problem.
