This company was helpful and gave me a fair rate at a time when just getting service was a challenge (during a pandemic). This company was professional and came equipped with masks and gloves. I would recommend them!

Pat and Bryan were prompt, communicative, and upfront with everything. They have very fair prices, and when I asked them to look at why my shower wasn't draining after they had already fixed the project I hired them for, they did so without issue. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Pat from Westchester Plumbing just showed up for 30 minutes and charged me $128.85. He should have talked me the service charge before intering my house. I previously had good experience with other servicemen who tell me the charge after estemate my projects. But Pat does not have the honesty. I would advise others to be aware of the hiden charges.

They were really honest and nice and took care of the issue.

I really liked how Pat listened to me, and did the repair I wanted, warning me of pros and cons along the way. Based on this experience, I plan to use him for future plumbing projects.

I did needed a plumber and I was serviced in less than three hours and my problem was resolved. Other than that I would not recommend him.

Pat was honest about my options for this project and he steered me in the right direction to resolve my problem.

Service was prompt I was informed job would cost $180 to fix two small pipes which was going to take about an hour. He did not have a piece required told me if he had to leave and purchase the pipe it would cost more I offered to go and purchase the part personally but he refused said he would go and come back the next day. Received a call within 15min that he got the part all of a sudden and was on his way back to finish the job since he left and came back an additional $100 that was not explained was added to the bill job time was 30 to 45 min at most. When initially I was quoted at $180 for the hour of work when all was said and done it was now $280 for leaving and returning. Had no issues with work but price and increase was not explained even on the bill.

Pat arrived within 45 minutes of contacting him. He assessed the gas pipes and located where the leak was coming from. He did not leave until he found it. He followed up by installing a valve in the kitchen and checking all other gas valves. He was a professional who I will highly recommend. He even fixed an unforseen pipe issue. Definitely would hire him again. Cleaned up everything.
