Randy Westerbeck and Westco Contractors are thieves. He took in 3.8 million dollars in 2.5 years and had only $500 to his name after filing bankruptcy. This left close to 40 victims in 9 Middle Tennessee Counties without their pools they paid him for. He is under oath saying he day traded company money to recoup lost money. He will open another LLC under a new name. So be careful when dealing with Westerbeck or Bonnett or Smalling.

Randy came out and gave us a quote which seemed very reasonable and then came back and measured the pool and then when the liner came in, they installed it and fixed the broken corners. They did a good job.

To sum up my experience in one word, it would be integrity. He does what he says he will, when he says and for the price he says. They did a really great job & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
